"Best onigiri I have eaten to date!" The onigiris were made to order, so you'll receive hot onigiris well wrapped with seaweed. We had to wait for quite a bit before we were seated but the staff were very polite & served us cold water. (Perfect for the hot weather). The queuing system was also very systematic, we were there at an off peak timing however there was still a Q, within about 20-30 mins we were seated. Not very sure for other outlets but this outlets was mainly bar seating so we are able to watch the chef prepare the onigiris on the spot! (anticipation ++!) I ordered onigiri no3. which is the salted roe and salmon. A few bites in and wow the saltiness of the salmon and roe is just perfect! Umami enough, even after finishing the onigiri the memory of the saltiness still remains, the rice proportion was good ratio to the other ingredients. It was so good that I could have ordered another onigiri but had to save my tummy for dinner. Will come by again if I'm back in Osaka!
