First I just want to day what an amazing staff this place has. Connie is great,very friendly and made sure I had the best experience possible. The gentleman who was working the metals initiated a nice conversation with me even though I don't speak much Japanese and was also very friendly during the process and again when I was leaving. The process itself is easy to understand and didn't take much time 'roughly an hour' and was a nice way to spend some time in a workshop making something as opposed to just buying a ring from anywhere. They have a good selection of different metals,shapes,patterns,etc and when you finish they allow you to pick between a nice ring box or a cool little pouch. Also comes with a free sticker of the company logo which looks pretty cool and as long as you keep your ring sheet you can have it polished for free at this shop or any of their sister stores. This was an extremely fun experience. My boyfriend had found this place and asked if I would like to do it with him. Obviously I had asked if meant something and we became fiancés haha. You have to make a reservation before going in to any of their locations because they have become really popular (for good reason). They help you find your correct size and then show you all the options. I went with silver circle shiny ring with a glittery looking pattern while my fiancé went with a silver circle ring with what looks kind of like a wave pattern. The workers are all friendly and definitely know what they are doing! If you want to go out of your way to make a special ring for some one special to you then I recommend going...

My partner and I each got a silver ring made, with a short engraving. We paid ¥8,800 for each ring. My ring tarnished very badly within 2 days. The silver must be very poor quality, and that makes the ring incredibly overpriced. What’s more, despite the friendly staff in store, my repeated messages to their after-service to try and explain the problem have been completely ignored. Incredibly disappointing, as the rings were a present for my partner and I. I am just very grateful I didn’t pay for an even more expensive or important ring.
