Domino's Pizza Yotsubashi Hanazono Nishi — Restaurant in Osaka

Ordered today. Never received order. I followed the GPS order tracking and stood outside when it said 7 minutes remaining. I saw on the GPS tracker that the driver was supposedly on my street. Then the screen said 3 minutes remaining and I refreshed the page. Afterwards it read 12 minutes remaining. Then 11 minutes. I refreshed the page and it said Order Delivered. Imagine my surprise as I am standing in 40 degree weather waiting for my pizza that was not in my hands. No one was in sight. I even gave them a description of the front of my unit. I provided the same address that the taxi driver uses, so I know it can be found. I decided to go to Lawson's and grab some instant noodles. If you are visiting, don't bother ordering online. Go in person. Maybe then they will know how to give you what you ordered and paid...

don’t order from here unless you want to collect it yourself, ordered it and the tracker said the estimated delivery time so when the time came and it said out for delivery i went and stood outside waiting for 40 minutes with no contact or anything, the page refreshed and showed nothing and no updates. We decided to walk to the store, the dominos delivery cyclist road past us on the way, he didn’t have our food, we got there to find our food had been sat in a delivery bag on the shelf for an hour with no signs of being delivered anytime soon. food was below par for dominoes, probably from being sat for so long after cooking :( when you’ve just arrived in a new city and you need a quick lazy meal this hassle isn’t...

Horrible service, delivered too the wrong address and would not assist me. I explained the situation in Japanese and in English, they just did not care.
