The host was amazing — super informative and helpful from the moment I booked until the moment I left.
The check-in instructions were crystal clear, though I like to call them “riddles” — you know, step-by-step clues like entering the building with a PIN, then unlocking a deposit box with a special code (complete with a safe-style number dial!). What an exciting way to kick off my first Osaka trip!
Cleanliness: top-notch. Facilities: unexpectedly complete — seriously, it felt like staying in an actual home. There’s a fridge, microwave, stove (with cookware), tableware, even a washing machine plus detergent. The instruction book was super detailed, though I admit I relied on AI at first (which only confused me more) before finding the manual, haha. The best part? The bathroom dryer has a special feature for drying clothes — so the laundry I hung up before bed was completely dry by the time I woke up!
Oh, and surprise — the house actually has 1 double bed and 2 single beds, so it comfortably fits up to 4 people.
Location-wise? PERFECT. Just a few meters (yes, literally less than a 2-minute walk) from Hanazonocho Station, which even has an elevator — super handy when you’re dragging suitcases around. From there, you can explore Osaka easily. The house is practically attached to a Family Mart, so midnight snacks? Sorted. And don’t miss the Izumaya Food Market (at the nearest intersection) — they start offering up to 40% off on ready-to-eat meals, including sushi, after 8 PM! For Muslim visitors, Halal Namba Ramen is only a 5-minute walk away.
The host was also incredibly accommodating when my suitcase broke and I needed to dispose of it (and you know how strict Japan is about trash rules!). They kindly offered to handle it — I just added the service via the Airbnb app (no direct cash), and the fee was totally reasonable.
All in all — it was EXCEPTIONAL. Highly, highly recommended! I’ll...

たまに、玄関先にゴミを置くテナントがいます。 環境が乱れることもある。

In the current residence, there are about 23 times in a day, almost every day.
At night (after 10pm3am), someone will close the balcony door vigorously, and the sound of banging will wake you up from your sleep, so it is highly recommended to prepare earplugs before coming to live here.
Sometimes during the day, I think this is a matter of personal habits of the residents.
Occasionally, there are residents who put garbage at the door. The environment will be dirty.
If it is improved, I will come to revise the evaluation
