McDonald's Nankai Tengachaya Station — Restaurant in Osaka

I just really like going to McDonald's and seeing what kind of seasonal promotions they currently have. It's always such a fun adventure because you never know what you will find. I arrived pretty early so a lot of options were not available though so I went with a normal breakfast set. The food was pretty normal compared to any other McDonald's. It's exactly the flavours you would expect from them. The drinks are much smaller than what we are used to having in other countries but I feel like it's still a decent portion. One thing that is better they do make better is their fried stuff. I feel like their oil is a lot less dirty than some other McDonald's I have been too which makes the food less greasy. Shout out to the wonderful staff but particularly the manager on duty on Monday morning. He went out of his way to accomodate us with our luggage, was extremely kind and polite and was extremely fluent in English. Watching him interact with customers, clean tables and manage his staff was a joy to see. Would be great to see our Australian stores...

黒ベストの年配の日本人女性スタッフの接客態度が最悪でした。店側に非があるにも関わらず、まるでこちらが理不尽なクレームをつけたかのように扱ってきます。

モバイルオーダーで注文後取りに行きましたが、商品の渡し間違いがあったようで、自分の注文したものが別の方の手に渡っていました。 幸い、間違いに気づいた客の方がカウンターに来て返却していましたが、返却された袋をそのまま私に渡して「こちらですね、ありがとうございましたー」と。 中身を確認すると開けた形跡があったため、「すみませんが念の為作り直していただけますか？」とお願いすると、無言で袋をひったくられました。 10分ほど待って新しいものが袋詰めされましたが、飲み物を交換している様子がなかったので「飲み物も交換してもらえますか？」とお願いしたところ、「手をつけていないようなので…」と作り直しを拒否されました。 再度交換をお願いすると睨みつけられ、不機嫌な様子でキッチンのスタッフに作り直しを要求し、荒っぽく詰め直して「ありがとうございました」と袋を突きつけられました。

お昼時でしたので忙しいのはわかります、渡し間違いが起きるのもわかります、ですが、一言も謝罪ができないのはどういうことでしょうか？ パッと見で手を付けた様子がなくても、もしも蓋を開けて何かを入れられていたとしたら？ 黒ベストだったので恐らく役職はマネージャー、またはおもてなしリーダーの方だと思いますが、衛生観念、危機管理の無さに驚きます。このような接客態度の方が役職につくような店舗ですので、駅前という立地のおかげで成り立っているのだな、と思いました。
