Nakau — Restaurant in Osaka

Nakau is probably my favorite of the major beef bowl chains. This one is pretty standard; it seems a bit old, but it's reasonably clean and usually not busy despite being in a pretty convenient location (really close to Nakatsu station). Ironically, the beef bowl (gyu-don) is probably the worst thing on the menu at Nakau. Instead chicken is their specialty; try the katsu-don (cutlet cooked in egg over rice), the oyako-don (chicken and egg over rice), or, after 5 pm, their set meals. I got the karaage teishoku (fried chicken). The downside is that it takes time to fry, but on the other hand, it's always fresh out of the fryer. 深夜仕事終わりにテイクアウトで立ち寄ったら お店に誰もいませんでした。 奥にいるのかなと思い食券を選んで買って何度呼びかけても誰もいなくて5分以上待っていたら店員さんが外から戻ってきてゴミを捨てにいってたと。 合計10分弱店内には自分1人だったと伝えるとゴミを捨てにいってたのでいなかった時間は5分ぐらいですと何回も言われました。 そんなことよりもまず謝罪では？ 考えられません。 もう帰ろうと思い返金をお願いすると PayPayの場合は店舗ではなにもできず自分でPayPayの会社から返金してもらわないとダメと言われて、面倒なので待つから作ってくださいと言うと次はそこから9分かかるといわれる。 もういいですと店をでて PayPayの会社に連絡するとお店からの手続きがないと返金できないと言われる。 店員さんが間違ってるのでお店に電話をかけると店舗は営業していたのに電話ではアナウンスで営業は終了しましたと言われ繋がりませんでした。 結局返金もされず もう意味がわかりません。 なぜしっかり対応できる人間を現場におかないんですか？ お金のこともなにも理解してない人によくお店を任せられるなと思います。 結局どーすれば返金されるの...
