I've been here maybe 30 times and have a few thoughts:
Good: Chicken flakes off the bone and is tasty. Cartilage and seafood varities are also good. Natto, agedashi tofu, imomochi toppings are delicious Fried broccoli is amazing
Bad: The electronic menu is horrible! You can't specify which toppings go with which curry, so they have to come and ask Some of the ingredients taste like they've just been microwaved a bit No water on the table, and the waitstaff isn't too eager to refill your water. Natto is cold, so I just stir it into the broth first to warm it up The seat near the microwave is unpleasant, I suggest they put a wall behind the microwave If you order toppings, they displace broth so you...

There are not a lot of soup curry shops in Osaka, so having this one in a relatively near location in the middle is a god-send, and a pretty authentic one too.
