I tried some black tea and a snack. Everything was delicious. The place is small but very relaxing and comfy. The owner (I think he is the owner) is a very polite and sweet gentleman. I recommend this place, but keep in mind the owner speaks mainly Japanese and the menu is in Japanese as well, so have a translator handy.
