I spent one week in a Superior Queen room in September/October. It was a decent size room. Not a lot of free space, had to keep stuff in my suitcases. I was out most of the time anyways. Housekeeping could be a little inconsistent probably depending on which does your room, one threw out a bag I was using to put my spare shoes in that I left next to my shoes. Overall it's good hotel and good price. I would say three stars out of five. I wouldn't mind staying at it again.||I'm giving an extra star because of the service. I was checked in by Nanami M. who was very personable and helpful. She also was the last person I interacted with, after I checked out and explored more I went to retrieve my luggage and she was at the desk so I asked her if there's a taxi stand nearby. I was transferring to another hotel in Osaka closer to a venue I was going to the next day. She told me where the taxis are located, said she'd go check to see if there was one I could use, and call me one if there wasn't. She also helped me take my suitcases to it and made sure they had the right address. ||There's a laundry room on B1, it's marked on the elevator, you swipe your keycard to enter. Standard machine I found at a different hotel in Tokyo. Their machines only takes ¥100 coins. ¥600 for the 2 hour wash and dry cycle so a little more than the other hotel in Tokyo. Machines didn't look to be cleaned regularly.||It might be confusing for you arriving there at first. It's connected to a shopping mall area with onsen. If you follow the signs, depending on which direction you come from, you might see the Burger King and Vie de France. The entrance is across from the FamilyMart, it looks like it's part of the mall because there's like a cafe and bakery inside, you can take the escalator downstairs to the lobby or go left to the elevators. ||It's close to Bentencho station. It's very convenient if you need to use the Chuo Line. If you need to use the JR lines, like Osaka Loop Line, it's a bit more of a walk as you'll have to go downstairs of the 2B exit out onto the street and go through the underpass to go across the street to JR Bentencho station.||They have luggage storage with locking cables you can put through your suitcase handles. Stayed for 2 nights 35th floor room 3. This room overlooks Osaka Bay with views of the Ferris wheel. We are on a tour with tripadeal so cannot comment on how checking in was. The foyer is extremely large plenty of seating if waiting for pick up. There are no porters in Japan you have to do it yourself. There are plenty of lifts but because we were here at cherry blossom time so it was very busy and it’s not just tourists traveling it’s the Japanese as well. So they take quite a while going up and down and full a lot of the time. The room itself was very big 2 queen size beds (I think) pushed together, absolutely huge. Reasonable amount of room to move around. The room had air conditioning but we couldn’t get a cooler temp so just turned it off. There is a TV but useless if you don’t speak Japanese, electric kettle but only green tea and one serve only and a safety deposit box. The bathroom had a bath but you wouldn’t want to be to tall and the shower is in the bath, terrific pressure. A hairdryer. There are no small bottles of toiletries they use large pump packs. All hotels are the same they supply disposable toothbrushes, plastic brush, a razor, cotton tips and a small sponge to use when showering. One thing I have noticed in hotels they have plenty of power points and most have usb outlets. Wifi is included and works well no cut outs. Breakfast was included. Very large area and plenty of variety including western foods. Yogurt and fruit, cereal, the hot foods sausages and bacon. When you see soft boiled eggs it’s not how we like them, crack it on the table it’s still raw and splatters everywhere. They even cook wagyu beef on the grill and freshly made omelets and the pastries were so fresh. There is always a line up for the toaster, it’s more like an oven style grill and takes ages to cook. Hotel is connected to a shopping mall and just outside the exit on the 2nd floor is a 7/11. Also just before you exit is Sara’s deli and patisserie. Did try this store and the cake I had was sensational husband had a small cup of roast chicken which he said was good. Overall a pleasant stay and would possibly stay here again in Japan.
