I am so glad that I accidentally found this restaurant during my visit to the Lake Biwa Canal for the night view of cherry blossom.
My wife and I stayed at Kyoto for five days and resulting in spending three nights at this restaurant. Menu is only in Japanese but with photos, you may also ask the chef as he can explain to you in English.
Staff are extremely nice, food is amazing and the price is very cheap. The spaghetti and doria served with salad (best salad in my life), dessert and coffee. I personally highly recommend to try the doria.
You may need to wait 10-20 mins (depends on how many customers) before serving of salad and food but definitely worth waiting.
And the entrance has some cute hand-made adorable souvenir you may want to take a look.

Before I left, The boss give me a dinner box just worry about I can’t find any food at night because of the extremely bad weather, I think what they serve was not only just about good food but with all there kindness heart, I will say this is my most tasty Oya Ko Donburi I had try in my life❤️

The salad set also came with a wide variety of vegetables. Definitely one of the best meals I've had in Japan!
