On our table, there is a tablet replaying video on the sources of raw materials used..rice and miso (for miso soup). The portions of onigiri is about twice the size of the ones selling in convenient stores. This is a simple japanese dish with complex taste. You will not be disappointed. Staff are friendly and can communicate in English. Expect some waiting time...

We visited there at Thursday 2:30pm. There was no queue at the time but other customers kept coming and started waiting outside to get into the shop.
Friendly customer service No English menus but it is with pics and easy for tourists from other countries to choose what you want. No parking spot : a grocery shop nearby provides free parking for 1hr with ¥500yen purchases.
