Sports Restaurant & Bar Klass — Restaurant in Sagamihara

This was my first time to Mr. Johnny Klass’s restaurant. I was craving some ethnic food and his original cuisine from Ghana is an excellent choice when you’re in the Sagami Ono Train station area. Drinks were good/fairly priced and food was also excellent and fairly priced. I loved the Klass chicken, rice, and salad that came with my meal. My only complaint is that the bill was incorrect. I’m sure it was an honest mistake and Johnny if you’re reading this you owe me a free rice and salad side. 🤣. We were charged for 2 sides each however only one of us got served with rice and salad. I normally check the bill prior to paying, this time I missed it, so I’ll take some of the blame as well. Great local place.

When entering Klass, your're always greeted with an enthusiastic welcome. The owner always finds you seat and will move tables and chairs around for you. There are always sports on the many TV's and you can always request a sport of choice.

The food is excellent and reasonably priced. Pair a Jumbo Beer with jalapeno nachos and your good for an hour! The Cajun chicken is another excellent pick!

Klass is often busy, but rarely crowded. Seating options vary from tables to benches and bar seating. Where you sit doesn't matter though, every seat comes with the hospitality of a small non-chain bar. The staff are always quick, friendly and remember those who frequent by name.

A very nice sports bar just a couple of minutes away from Sagami Ono station offering friendly service, large screens and a variety of drinks and food options. I really liked the friendly service and that craft beer was on offer. After ordering, drinks came quickly and with no fuss. Seating options include tables and also sofas and the space is nicely open plan. As this is a sports bar, the whole place is well served by large screens, with all seats having a clear view of the action. Service was available in English and as a customer I felt very welcome. Toilets were clean and well maintained too (always a plus). If out for a drink and wanting a sports bar/ casual bar experience close to Sagami Ono station then Klass would be too of my list.
