相模大野駅に直結する商業施設内にあるスターバックスです。商業施設自体は10時からの営業ですが、このスターバックスのみが早朝から営業しており、また商業施設のほとんどがその日の営業を終了した後でも、比較的夜遅くまで営業を続けています。施設自体が駅と直結しているため、雨などの悪天候に影響されることなく利用できるのも利点です。 それでも、商業施設の一角を借りて営業しているためか、店舗としては狭く、席数も多くありません。一部の席は大きな柱に妨げられて見えづらく、また通路も狭く、利用しづらい印象を持つかもしれません（それゆえか、それらの席の存在を知らない客もおり、狭さと引き換えに席の確保がしやすい、という側面があります）。 給仕されるドリンクや料理の質は、他のスターバックスと遜色ありません。スタッフの接客対応の質は、夜遅い時間帯の利用であっても概ね良かったです。
