Revisit this place again this year because of work, still a best place to enjoy the dish. Same dish, same satisfaction! The mints leaves are the spirit of this dish. They also added the chewy cube inside the rice. So enjoying the food. After trying this place's shushi, you will never want to go places like Shixxxro 🙂

Original review: This is a good restaurant. If you want to try it prepare to line up for a while. You can get a ticket at the door and leave your phone number for them to call you when almost your turn. Shushi and sashimi are really fresh. The most impressive part is the seaweed they use for those shushi. Has a special strong and condens flavour of sea fresh (it's my own feeling only, or may be I am hungry ha ha). Salad is also good but not outstanding. The deep fry dish (tempura) is a bit not up to standard. Taste is ok but may be the oil is not hot enough so...

【ショッピングモール内で営業される安定の海鮮系定食が頂けるお店】 ・御膳（1500円）/うなぎ御膳 赤魚西京焼き（1750円）/プレミアムモルツ 中瓶（680円） を頂きました。 ・2人で〆て、約3,900円（1人約1,900円）でした。

・さいたま新都心にあるコクーンシティ1 の 2Fに佇む「海鮮食堂 魚盛 さいたま新都心コクーンシティ店」さん。 ・定食のお料理を基本として、ちょっとした一品モノもあるので、しっかり昼食でも、ちょい飲でも利用可能な定食屋さんでした。

・注文は全てタブレットで行います。ご飯やお味噌汁がお替り無料なところは嬉しいですね。

・さて、頂いたものは以下です。

＊御膳（1500円） ミニ丼とおうどんのセットです。ミニ丼は4種類の中から選択可能。今回はミニばらちらし寿司をチョイス。おうどんは冷で。これにお味噌汁がつきます。どれも安定なお味。ショッピングモールに併設されているお食事処として外さない安定感は素敵ですね。

＊うなぎ御膳 赤魚西京焼き（1750円） こちらは鰻丼とお蕎麦、赤魚の西京焼き、茶わん蒸し、山芋とろろ、お漬物と豪勢なセット。これで御膳より+250円とは結構お得ではないでしょうか。 西京焼きは、白みその割と薄めの味付け。タンパクさもしっかりなので、濃い味が苦手な方にはばっちりかもしれません。お蕎麦も安定感のある味（化調系？）で、コシもしっかり。鰻丼の鰻はふわっとして食べ応えあります。

・働かれているスタッフの方は、店員さん同士の会話から、日の浅いアルバイトさんが多いようですね。注文前にお料理が運ばれてきてしまったり、提供ミスがあってもこちらの注文ミスのように感じざるを得ないトークもありました。笑　まったく気にならないというとウソになりますが、冷静に考えれば、満席状態の忙しさの中で経験少ない皆さんで頑張ってやりくりされているところ、そして何より、そんな中でも一定の味や提供スピードを保てるように構築された仕組みそのものが凄いなぁと感心しました。そういう意味では、ヒューマンエラーを最小限にまで減らすようにシステム化された最新鋭の海鮮食堂さんなのかもしれません。

・家族や親族でコクーンに訪れて、「海鮮系！」となったなら、幅広い定食メニューがある「海鮮食堂 魚盛 さいたま新都心コクーンシティ店」さんはとても重宝されるのではないでしょうか。ご馳走様でした。
