Huge brand-new shopping mall! Made it easy to browse, buy, eat and see things unique to Japan and yet familiar to someone from the U.S. - we particularly enjoyed stopping at the food court for dinner, eating a crepe for dessert and then enjoying a traditional hard candy art demonstration further inside of the mall complex. Cocoon is absolutely huge. I think it has 3 separate malls, imagine that. Well, big place, more people. I don’t like cramped places, to be honest. That is why I gave it 3 stars. However, they have a good-sized playpen for kids which my daughter loves to visit when we dropby. It has everything you could ever think of to purchase. Lastly, they have Cinnabon. I think the only branch in Saitama. I always make sure to grab a whole box...

This is part of a large shopping centre complex that is spread across several buildings. The buildings are connected by walkways and separated by roads. They are basically right next to the train station, connected by a partially covered walkway.
