Steak dining Bimi — Restaurant in Saku

Some of the best food I’ve had recently. It was our first time dining at STEAK Dining BIMI. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was very well handled. I appreciate the team for putting together such a good experience. The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Love the Wagyu beef. Each bite was a delight. Don’t miss out on trying their Miyabi Course. Thanks Chef for the very delicious meal. We’re already looking forward to our next visit....

I really enjoyed the meal Teppanyaki!!! The beef was the best . The owner couple is very friendly and I made couple of new friends there while I was eating. Definitely will go there again when I visit...

信州りんご和牛を食べてみたくてこちらにお伺いしました。 前菜にはまぐろカルパッチョ、スープはきのこと牛すじの豆乳仕立てが出てきました。コースだと洋風なものが出てくるイメージでしたので斬新でしたが、そんな常識をぶち破る美味しさで、お肉が出てくるまでのワクワク感がさらに増大しました。魚はスズキのバターソテー。こちらも身が柔らかくプリプリして美味しかったです。 メインの信州和牛のお肉ですが、私はサーロイン、家族はフィレをいだきました。サーロインの脂はくどくなく、肉質は柔らかく牛肉独特の風味が食欲をそそり大変美味しかったです。フィレはジューシーでこちらも大変柔らかく、赤みの旨味が存分に楽しめます。また、岩塩、抹茶塩、柚子塩、わさび醤油、特製ソース、ポン酢が添えてあり、お好みで色んな味でお肉がいただけます。個人的には岩塩と特製ソースわさび醤油あたりが特に気に入りました。 デザートにはバナナチョコパウンドケーキ。しっとりとしてバナナの良い香りがして、お肉を食べたあとなのにスッと入ってきます。
