長谷寺で念願だった あじさいを観賞した後は 参道にあったお店「吉野館」さんへ 扉を開けると出汁の良い香りが漂ってきます。 席もタイミングよく空いたのでラッキー。 席に着くなり「柿の葉すしセット」の冷やしそうめんを発注します📢 暑い時期のそうめんってほんまに美味しそう… 長谷寺参道と言う場所も相まってめっちゃ良い感じに映ります。 冷たくしめられた そうめんは、程よいコシがあって美味しい😋 つゆも濃すぎず丁度いい塩梅でそうめんの良さが楽しめます。 別添えの薬味でアクセントを変えれるのも良い。 特にしいたけ煮が嬉しいね🍄お家でやるとほんまに手間やけど… お蕎麦のようにわさびを少しつけて食べるのも◎ この季節のそうめんってほんまに良いね👍 柿の葉寿司は酢が効きすぎてなくて丁度いい。 サバの脂と塩気に柿の葉の香りが合わさってこちらも美味しい😋 「ごまどうふセット」も美味しそうやったし次はそっちを食べてみたいな。 ごちそうさまでした👏
