Cobara-Hetta — Restaurant in Sapporo

Kids were starving so we dropped in here to get them a quick bite. The food was really bad. The steak came out looking nothing like the picture in the menu. The stake was pretty rare, almost purple, which wasn't the end of the world, but no option given for the doneness of the steak. The broccoli, potatoes, egg thing, and chip type design pieces had an unwelcome fishy taste to them, so assuming the oil was reused or old. The potatoes were lukewarm when they got to the table and tasted like the potatoes were cooked fresh from the freezer.

One upside is that the staff was friendly and helpful.

I kind of assumed we were in for it walking in due to the lack of a line, when other restaurants have waiting lines around the corner, but now I know for sure. I would not recommend this place and would say avoid at all costs, the kids also were so-so on the food which was pancakes and French fries, which are usually soft...

2 things i didnt like about this place:

1.I ordered an omurice. Now it says on the menu that they will cut it and its suppose to open like those instagrammable semi cook egg. Now this one is fully cook and did not even opened. Something i could easily make at home. I ordered parfait. I always get parfait whenever i go to restaurants but this one… oh my.. a tiny scoop of ice cream on top and the rest is whip cream… I dont think its meant to be like that… It was 80% whip cream and 10% ice cream and the rest were the flakes included in it.

I dont always review food on google but im 10/10 unsatisfied and 10/10 would not...
