Gyoza no Ohsho — Restaurant in Sapporo

After visiting the Sapporo Beer Museum, we headed to Gyoza no Ohsho for lunch. The place was quite crowded, which made sense since it’s a well-known and popular chain in Japan.

We ordered the usual suspects—gyoza, ramen, and fried rice. The food was simple, comforting, and served fast. The gyoza were juicy and nicely seared, the ramen was hot and hearty, and the fried rice, while basic, was filling. It wasn’t anything fancy or memorable, but it definitely did the job, especially after a long walk and some beer tasting earlier.

It’s one of those places you go to when you want something quick, affordable, and reliable. Not a destination meal, but definitely convenient when you just need to eat...

We came here for lunch on Christmas Day 2024 after visiting the Sapporo Beer Museum. It’s only a 5 minute walk away.

The lunch menu (11:00-15:00) is so cheap. My husband and I both ordered the 1.5x gyoza lunch. It was warm, filling and delicious with 9 gyoza, egg drop soup, rice, and kimchi. You mix your own dipping sauce with the provided condiments.

Service was very fast. It seems this chain is all around Sapporo, so I’ll definitely eat at Gyoza no Ohsho every time I come...

低評価理由:他店の王将より、味、接客態度（バイトの接客が酷すぎる、不快）、店内の清掃（特にテーブルがいつも汚い）のクオリティが全部低い。 アリオという商業施設にあるため、どんなに他店より劣っていても勝手にお客は来るので、売り上げはあるでしょうが、実際のクオリティは酷すぎてお話にならない。 店長なのか、その上のスーパーバイザーなのか、とにかく管理者の能力不足が原因だろう。 もしそれなりに売上もあるから問題ないと思っているなら論外。

今回レビューしたのは、いつも我慢しつつ、ここに来ていましたが、先日は怒りを感じたからです。 街中の王将まで行くのが大変な時や、アリオに用事の時になんだかんだで仕方なく行く事がありました。 先日はアリオでの買い物が終わり、店内の営業時間終了前ラストオーダーのギリギリで来店しました。 天津飯京風だれ、餃子、チャーハンなどを頼みました。 天津飯のタレは味がボヤけて薄く本当に不味い、餃子は焼きがあまく、ニンニクの青臭さが残ってまずい。唯一まともなのはチャーハンですが、他店比べて焼きが下手なのか結局これも不味い。 餃子の王将って名前で不味い餃子出して恥ずかしくないのか？ この店舗は毎回やっつけ仕事のように感じる。 お客様を舐めてる。

とにかくここの店舗は仕方なく買い物ついでに数年通っておりましたが、年々酷くなる一方です。 王将という店舗に物凄いハイクオリティはこちらも求めていませんが、本当に酷すぎる。 金輪際ここには行きません、最悪です。 王将食べたいなら...
