Lilac — Restaurant in Sapporo

We had lunch at this restaurant together with a visit to the Sapporo Beer Museum. We chose the set lunch options which include a non-alcoholic drink. There are different kinds of sets consisting of mutton in a variety of flavours for putting on the grill, and for diners who are not into jingisukan (grilled mutton), there are noodle options too. It was an enjoyable experience, though not particularly outstanding. They provided large plastic bags to store our belongings, and also a paper apron to keep our shirts clean from all that grilling. Delicious meats. We got a lunch special course which lowered the time to 60 minutes all you can eat. We also got all you can drink premium due to wanting the 5 star Sapporo beer option. The lamb with herb was my favorite. The restaurant has an instruction guide of how to cook your food on the table and on the tablet. Very average quality. A confusing booking system, when you have to go first to one building, then another, then a third. They don't care that the clothes are prescribed with a strong smell and if it's winter clothes, it's hard to wash off.
