Overall, it was a very very bad experience for me and my family when I was there. To start, they have a 70 and 90 minutes buffet session. You can grab your food up to 60 (and 80 for the 90 min session) min. After that you have 10 more minutes to cook your food.
The restaurant advertised as seafood BBQ buffet with emphasis on crabs and king crab legs. They also serve BBQ meats and sushi (and Ikura (salmon roe) rice). The uni sushi was mediocre at best. Ikura (salmon roe) has a weird taste to it, the not-so-fresh kind of taste. The meats are okay, but the seafood is not. The crabs (namely king crab leg) were bland, it doesn't taste like it has gone bad (like the Ikura), but rather it is lacking /any/ taste to it whatsoever.
My family is known to be good at detecting the freshness of food by the time we need to go to the washroom after eating. By the end of the dinner, before leaving, one of my family already had a run to the washroom. I joined them couple hours later. So overall, the food is not too fresh.
Service was not very good either. As mentioned earlier, my family member had a run to the washroom before leaving, so rest of us stayed at the table until they finished. However, the restaurant requested that we wait at the entrance of the restaurant because there are ppl waiting to be seated for the table. Normally, that would be fine for us as it is understandable and we don't want to interfere with other ppl having dinner. However, when we head out, we noticed that the restaurant was probably only 80% full at best, with many tables empty. Furthermore, when we wait at the entrance, there were /no one/ waiting to be seated. If they want us to leave the table, at least don't lie about people needing the table when...
Read moreThe buffet lines are awesome… especially for those who’s craving for Crabs and seafoods… Seafoods are fresh and yummy. For meat lovers, Wagyu Beef choices are tender and juicy… although they are not the high high grade like A5 , but with this price and all you can eat… they are good enough. Sushi are also available and taste not bad. However, I recommend to not go to this restaurant for the last round, since many choices will not be replenished.
Overall, I feel satisfied for what they provided and will...
Read moreWe had dinner recently at this place, total Yen17960 for two persons within 70 minutes with last order in 60 minutes. The staffers are friendly. However, due to the time limit, we had to rush in everything, hence unable to relax and enjoy, no fun at all. Would not recommend it to our families and friends. Tips: (1) go for the king crab legs to save time. (2)The crab miso soup was very salty. (3)abalon needs to be grilled about 8 minutes. (4) do not over grill wagyu, (5) go early to avoid those big...
