Sushi so good I want to cry. This might sound like exaggerating, but I'm really not. I had a chance to visit this sushi shop thanks to Japanese friend of mine that lives in Sapporo.
The place is tucked in at some neighborhood, a bit out of reach from public transportation access. That's probably why you won't see many tourists coming to this shop.
The shop itself is quite small but cozy. There's the usual sushi bar where you can watch the chef making the sushi. Across from that there are three tables where you have to cross your legs to sit. If you want a true Japanese dining experience, here's the place.
The sushi was quite inexpensive, but the taste was out of this world. I've dined it at the 2 Michelin star Subayaki Jiro in Tokyo, and I can say the sushi from this shop is close to it. The fishes were fresh and the uni was smooth.
