¥1950 Beef tongue (4pcs) set with rice & soup

We came for Pokemon Go Fest 2024, and made sure to try Sendai's specialty- beef tongue. This was a small resto with bar seats. The smoke from the grill totally burned our eyes lol 😆 but it was really good. One of the more affordable sets in the area, and less crowd too. Staff were super nice. I paid via Suica. 【仙台車站牛舌街的牛たん焼助｜排隊一小時吃炭火燒牛舌】

來到仙台，當然不能錯過這裡的名物 - 牛舌！ 所以來到仙台的第一個晚餐就選了位於仙台車站內牛舌通的牛たん焼助。其實這條街還有幾間吃牛舌的專門店，但晚餐時段每一間都有不少人在排隊。相對這間的人龍比較短，但因為得9個座位，都要等1小時才成功入座。

點了一份店長推薦的 焼助セット (JPY 2650) 燒牛舌有4片，可以加錢轉成6片。另外這間的燒牛舌有鹽味和味噌兩款。能吃到炭火香氣且厚度很足，但口感來說偏有嚼勁，不算太軟嫩。鹽味相對較原汁原味，味噌的味道相對較濃厚一點，配飯吃是好選擇。牛舌還附了辣味很重的味噌辣椒和爽口的泡菜。

這份套餐除了牛舌和麥飯，還有清爽的沙律和熱騰騰的牛尾湯。 湯內有滿滿的蔥，湯頭清澈卻不失風味，而且牛肉很軟嫩。 另外還可選擇一份牛舌燉煮料理或牛舌咖喱，我選的是前者。濃郁的醬汁混合奶油後讓整體味道更顯醇厚，也是配飯吃的好選擇。

新幹線乗車まで時間ないが、牛タン食べるの忘れていました。牛タン通り？を歩いて探すも 午後2時前なのに並んどる!! ダメもとで奥まで歩くとこの店は席空いてました。　　しかし並んでないところをみると 「美味しさはやや落ちるのかなと」あまり期待していませんでしたが、めちゃくちゃ美味しかった！ 店員さんに添えられてる漬物らしきものを尋ねると青唐辛子の味噌漬けだそうです。 これがまじうまい！　帰ってから取り寄せようと思います。

新幹線乗車まで時間ないが、牛タン食べるの忘れていました。牛タン通り？を歩いて探すも 午後2時前なのに並んどる!! ダメもとで奥まで歩くとこの店は席空いてました。　　しかし並んでないところをみると 「美味しさはやや落ちるのかなと」あまり期待していませんでしたが、めちゃくちゃ美味しかった！ 店員さんに添えられてる漬物らしきものを尋ねると青唐辛子の味噌漬けだそうです。 これがまじうまい！　帰ってから取り寄せようと思います。

¥1950 Beef tongue (4pcs) set with rice & soup We came for Pokemon Go Fest 2024, and made sure to try Sendai's specialty- beef tongue. This was a small resto with bar seats. The smoke from the grill totally burned our eyes lol 😆 but it was really good. One of the more affordable sets in the area, and less crowd too. Staff were super nice. I paid via Suica. The beef soup was so yum! /travelspeedx
