One of the best places in town to enjoy both excellent food and fantastic selection of natural wines in casual, homely atmosphere. The cuisine is French inspired but with local ingredients and the chef's skill, it stands on its own as a unique cuisine of the locality. The natural wines are exceptional - the by the glass selection is probably already good enough but the friendly sommelier guy will choose the bottle that's just right for your if you talk to him. From casual night out with your friends to a more formal business dining, Bistro Encore has always delivered...

This is my second visit to Bistro Encore - this restaurant is phenomenal! Their patê is excellent and their fixed price menu is amazing. Everything I’ve tried here has been excellent.
