A no frills place that serves a lot of comfort food, one of it is the sendai speciality which is a mapo tofu with fried noodles!

サンドウィッチマンのお二人がテレビで紹介して有名になったお店。 いつから仙台は麻婆焼そばが流行り出したのだろう。 昔住んでいた頃は麻婆ラーメンがメニューに載る程度でした。 仙台はプロモーションが上手いなあ。 今回は11時半頃伺いました。既にお店の外に三組程待ちができていましたが、回転が速く間も無く着席。 ウエイティングボードは無いので並んだ順に呼ばれます。 大きなお皿に麻婆豆腐がたっぷりかかった焼そば。 豆腐は四角く切られたものではなく、鍋振りで自然に崩れた感じで、一口大の物から細かくなったものまで。 沢山の挽き肉やネギの柔らかめの餡。 お豆腐にはパックのデコボコの後が残っていたので充填式で作られたお豆腐かな？ 程よい辛さと、他にあまり無いような何とも言えない甘味のバランスが良く、するすると食べ進められました。 焼そばは良く焼かれたカリッとした部分と柔らかめの部分があり、食感を楽しめました。 他の中華料理屋さんだといつもお酢をかけたくなるのですが、こちらの麻婆焼そばはお酢をかけなくても充分美味しく最後までスルスルと食べ進められました。 もう、飲み物か！！という程に😆 お店の方の接客も元気があって明るくて親切でとても感じが良かったです。 今度は是非家族で行きたいです。
