They have been around forever, and they're one of the well-known good coffee houses in Sendai. It has been a while since I visited them, and I wonder why I haven't. I love all their coffee. All the care that goes into brewing a cup shines through, and you can truly taste it and smell it. As their name says, you can pick a type of roast for beans and whether you want more beans used or less for a cup. 毎月訪れますが濃いめ珈琲が美味しい。 ネルドリップ。 狭くて古いけど不思議な空間で妙に居心地がよい。 特に窓際席から定禅寺通りをぼ〜と眺めながら 珈琲を飲む時間は格別です。

2代目マスターはおしゃべりではないし 見た目いかついけど、ただシャイなだけです。 ちいかわなどかわいいものが好きなマスターです。 そして黙々と真剣にドリップしてくれます。

フード系は軽食。 フルーツサンドがお気に入り。甘くないあっさりしたサンド。 珈琲杏仁もオススメ。珈琲ゼリーは大人の味です。 冬限定のあんバタサンドは上にきなこがかかっててそれが特別美味しい。

学生さんや若い子たちがよくクリームソーダを注文してるけど昔懐かしいクリームソーダに見えます。

一番奥の席はギリギリ3名がけだけど荷物は膝上になるかも。 奥から2番目は2名がけ、入り口は4名まで。あとはカウンター。 1名か2名で行くのがいいのと買い物前がいい。 大人数は難しいかも。 土日おやつの時間まぁまぁ混む。

開店時間が焙煎具合で少しずれ込むことがあるようです。 階段あがる前の入り口に看板が出てなければまだです。

ちなみに禁煙です。店の外に喫煙所あります。
