My order: shrimp broth ramen with various pork including pan-fried pork belly slices and braised pork chunk. Its broth is in dense texture and rich in shrimp essence. However pan fired pork belly makes ramen quite greasy which isn't to my preference. Yet the braised pork chunk is flavorful and satisfying. Walked in 6/12 for dinner and had no wait. Counter seating only. Used a vending machine to order and get tickets but it was all in Japanese but the waitress was kind enough to help me with it. Good soup and noodle flavor, could be a bit more intense and the noodles could be a little bit softer. The amount and freshness of the toppings is great. The meat melts in your mouth. The service is friendly and great, you can see everything being prepared in front of you. The portion size is large, especially considering the price of roughly 1000 Yen.
