A true gem of Shiretoko. Amazing coffee and each roast has its clear and distinct profile (I highly rate it to the same tier to those top coffee roasters I visited from Tokyo / Osaka /Kyushu area).

I was lucky to try the 5th anniversity blend Shiretoko Universe, very mind blowing and really captures bold nutty and sweet taste and deep aroma like the master's astronomy photographs.

The toasts were surprises, special toast was local asparagus with egg which was a umami bomb, smoked salmon with onion was super well balanced and you want bite after bite. These toasts beat a lot of other famous cafes and forget about Komeda toast!

Also enjoyed all the photos, the Shiretoko nature book by the amazing Albireo photographer and writer duo. Hope to visit again and anyone passing by Shiretoko should not miss the chance to visit...

Absolutely incredible coffee place. They roast their own, and each blend is fantastic. I actually stayed to have 2 cups because it was so delicious. The toast was also delightful, the salmon one especially.

On top of the fantastic food and coffee, the atmosphere is fantastic. The couple that owns the shop takes photos and videos in Shiretoko and the whole Cafe is decorated with them. It's really immersive, and fantastic to see.

We got here to have breakfast before we leave this beautiful city. The owner is sooo lovely! She has great English and we had a nice conversation with her. They have 3 types of coffee blends that were really good! They have 7 different toast types that looked really good! I had the cinnamon toast and the honey toast- honey toast is very recommended! My husband had the anchovy and he loved it. Lovely ambience....
