A restaurant that looks more fishmonger than restaurant. Exceptional cost-performance and friendly atmosphere. Food is OK, but worth it because sashimi at this price is near unbeatable.
I had the normal kaisendon at 1100¥, which was an incredible price, considering how there's more seafood than rice. There is a larger version that I did not try as I wanted to try other things in the area.
You may be surprised to enter the restaurant and see fish tanks and fresh seafood lying around, rather than tables and chairs. This is normal, as it is simply the waiting/queuing area. Don't be afraid to enter the restaurant.
