If you have a chance to visit Shimonoseki, I really recommend to put this coffee shop in your to go list! The Japanese interior also have terrance seats with Japanese garden view . まるで時間がゆっくり流れているかのような、落ち着いた空間でした。古民家をリノベーションした店内は温もりがあり、木の香りと心地よい静けさが広がっています。スタッフの方もとても親切で、あたたかい接客に心が和みました。コーヒーも丁寧に淹れられていて、味わい深く美味しかったです。ひとりでも、誰かと一緒でも、ゆっくり過ごしたいときにぴったりのカフェです。

If you have a chance to visit Shimonoseki, I really recommend to put this coffee shop in your to go list! The Japanese interior also have terrance seats with Japanese garden view . 長府散策 TAKADA COFFEEへ 8台くらい止められる駐車場あり 古いお屋敷をほぼ残しつつ、リノベしたカフェ。 建具などもほほそのままなので、レトロ感あります。 長府はこういう立派なお屋敷がたくさん残っているので、活用できると良いと思います。雰囲気はとても良いです。 お客さんは入れ替わり立ち替わりですが、テーブルの間隔は余裕あり。 コーヒーはグァテマラをはじめ、たくさん種類があり、持ち帰り様にノンカフェインのドリップと、オリジナルと、なぜかほうじ茶を購入。 モンブランは、食べ進めるとカットモデルみたいになっておもしろかったです(^_^;) スライスアーモンドで、目とか作れば良かったな。 いただいたコーヒーは、コーヒープレスを使用、砂時計でタイムを測り、カップに自分で注いでいただきます。 ドリップではないので、雑味があるのでは？と思いつつ、やはり濁りもあり。 これはコレで、こういうものなのかな？ (ベトナムコーヒーみたいな感じ？) メニューにあった、ジャスミンの香りや、ハチミツの、、とかは感じられませんでしたが、、モンブランといただくと、独特な香りと酸味はマイルドになり美味しくいただきました。ご馳走さまでした。
