Very nice dinner of real Sushi. The master uses handpicked fresh local natural fish to serve his very generous fish portions. There was no menu but the master’s selection was heavenly. A nigiri sushi of natural wasabi grated just before being served was our first experience, which was not airy at all, making it very flavorful.
We ate nigiri sushi of: Otoro tuna (x2) chutoro tuna (x4) Akami tuna (x4) eel (x4) Shrimps (x2) squid (x2) Awabi shell (x2) Wasabi (x2) sea urchin (x2) For the two of us, which cost us 14,000¥.
The price is a bit high but the quality was definitely worth it. ✨✨✨
