blanc — Restaurant in Shingu

My mate found this on Google maps looking for a place to eat he found a hidden gem. we went there just after opening, which was a good thing because it was full when we left would recommend booking if you dont like eating at 6pm, The place isn't big but has a great atmosphere and the food was amazing couldn't fault anything little touches of French cuisine and the chocolate fondant tastes like your in Paris eating it. I had stumbled upon Blanc with a friend one evening while exploring Shingu. Enticed by the filled-to-the-brim fruit cocktails, we ordered a few appetizers and were also pleasantly surprised by the flavors. The owner and the waiter are very nice and attentive, despite the bar being almost always packed by reservations. After that night, I've been coming to Blanc and enjoying their seasonal fruit cocktails and parfaits! These beautiful and yummy parfaits are something you can't miss when coming!
