肉うどんがメイン。 メニューも、肉うどんベースのものが多い。

とり天好きとしては、「肉かしわうどん」を迷わず選択。

出汁の香りがいい。 味は出汁の主張が強めで、肉の旨味があとから追いかけてくる。 麺はもちもちで美味しい。

駅にあるので、サクッと食べるにはちょうど良いお店でした。

静岡駅の新幹線改札の向かい側に近くにある時間がない時でもパッと頂ける 肉うどん肉どうふえんASTY静岡店 。

静岡駅構内のレストラン街になっているASTYで改札からも見えるぐらい大きくうどんの登りが出ているので分かりやすい。

内観は入口付近に券売機があり食感を購入すると席に着く頃には完成する提供のスピード感が素晴らしい。 今回も20分後の新幹線に乗る予定だったが余裕で時間が余った。

こちらは肉うどんや肉どうふのうどんが推しメニューとの事。 暑かったので冷たいぶっかけ肉うどんを注文。

■肉うどん 740円 兎に角すぐ食べられるのが嬉しい。 関西風の鰹出汁に中太サイズのうどんとネギ、牛肉が乗せられるシンプルなぶっかけ肉うどん。 うどんの見た目はツルツルコシがありそうだが食べると割とモチっと柔らかくブチっと切れる印象だった。 湯掻きたてのタイミングでまた食べてみたい。
