Sushiro — Restaurant in Shizuoka

What a disappointing standard in this Shizuoka outlet. Visited on 20/11/24, ordered a raw crab nigiri, and they gave me one made from surimi, had to send it back to the kitchen for an exchange. Also ordered two servings of albacore tuna and they served it frozen. It was icy to the bite with crystals. The uni nigiri was splattered onto the plate, unlike other outlets where it was mounted nicely on the rice. The amberjack nigiri was also served broken into 2 pieces. Perhaps the kitchen is having a bad day. Nonetheless, still unbecoming standards and by far the worst sushiro outlet I’ve ever been to, and I’m a loyal...

Sushiro really stepped up their game. Remodeling their restaurant, using top notch technology. Every table is now equipped with a huge touch screen to order. Nicely designed and smooth to use. Automated check in/ out too. Human beings are used to the minimal, to bus tables and bring the receipt to the table. The quality of the food is always steady and good. Good...

Cheap and tasty sushi restaurant. If you go there during the holidays or long weekends, better to book the seat by using their App. Otherwise, you need to wait for 1 hour so. Unfortunately, O-toro I had was very stringy and the sauce on top of Chawan mushi (steamed egg)...
