Front staff is obviously not trained to handle foreign patrons with limited language skills. After further observation, realized that front staff has an attitude issue towards all patrons regardless of nationality. No humbleness or sense of customer service skills, more like high schooler who cannot be bothered. It was a quiet no crowd Wednesday. Very unwelcoming. Overworked and underpaid perhaps? Ambiance of restaurant is a jazzy dimly lit leather seat cruise ship theme all inclusive family friendly restaurant. Oversold on their promise of 60 different global dishes were the only mainly cold Japanese fair, pasta & fries, fried chicken & soup dumplings etc. Nothing more. It aligns with their price point though, so I cannot complain too much. Much better food in the area...

Went for dinner in one August night. There arent a lot of buffet restaurants in Japan so we thought we wanted to try. It was ~2,700jpy per head, and it was not worth it... we had better food for 1,000 jpy. I think the food options were fine for the price but the quality is just below average. There are a lot of restaurants in this mall and this should be one of the last options you should consider...

さっき入ってしまった。 入った瞬間に後悔。店員来ない 変なベルを何回か鳴らして気付かれる笑 マジでバイキングのメニューに釣られて入ったら絶対ダメ😂

どうしても子どもの食べたいメニューのお店が無く、仕方なくここに入ったのが運の尽き 楽しかった1日が壊れます 最後まで楽しく過ごしたければ、高くても別の店に行ってください ここも決して安く無い ディナー大人2人、未就学児1人、大人ドリンクバイキング付けてお会計6500円超え！ 他の口コミにもあるように、フード周りがめっちゃくちゃに汚い。マジで汚い。 しかも、最下層のキッズ同士があつまってくるから、汚さに拍車をかける こぼしまくり、荒らしまくり。 店員も諦めてるんだろうな。片付けても片付けてもひどい有様になるから。 子どもにこんなひどい飯を食わせて申し訳なく思った。 やっぱり食べてる最中にサッサと会計して、別の店で食べ直せばよかった。

自分たちが入店したのが１９時半。 ２０時半でメニューが片付けられるとの説明を受けました。1時間どころか３０分も滞在しなかったけど。 チャーハンはパラパラと言うよりカサカサ。 飯粒が乾燥してガリガリ歯触り メニュー撤去の前だったにしても、何時間置いてあるの？ パスタ、グラタンは表面が乾き、唯一まともだったのが唐揚げとピザ それでも取るのを躊躇う。 自分は取りに行ったのが2回。 バイキングでこんなに取りに行く回数が少ないのは初めて 出されたばかりのお寿司はまだマシだったらしく、子どもは喜んで食べてくれた。 でもそれ以外はぐっちゃぐちゃで、普段喜んでバイキングを取りに行く子どもも一度きりで行かなかった。 デザートコーナーなんか、一瞥しただけで食欲減退 あんなん動物が食べ散らかしたあと。 あんな汚いデザートコーナーにワラワラと群がる子らをを見てると顔を顰めたくなる。 これ平気なん？て聞きたい 一口ケーキが汚く荒く取られて、一つのケーキみたいになってた😂ヤバすぎる

ドリンクバイキングは周りにこぼしまくりで、変な色の海みたいになってるし笑 ドリンクのコップは飲み物を注ぐと浮く油 最悪。 変な感染症にならない事を祈る。 胃腸が心配
