I visited Osaka with my family and wanted to experience the largest IMAX in Western Japan. I bought the tickets online for Superman. Although I could still enter the cinema with the emailed QR code, I wanted to get the physical tickets as a souvenir. I was unable to get the tickets printed out from the kiosk but a very helpful staff was very patient and was able to help me retrieve the order. It turns out I entered my phone number incorrectly, which is why I could not print out the tickets from the kiosk. I want to take this chance to say thank the very patient male staff member for his help. The IMAX experience was great. Seats were comfy and there were enough separate between the rows to provide a very immersive experience. Disappointed in their service more than once for different reasons. Rude and unhelpful staff. I forgot my parking ticket and they would NOT provide a voucher. My only option was to go to the parking lot on the other side of the shopping centre. Since it was a late show, and the movie was starting, I didn’t have time.
