J.S. Foodies is a burger restaurant located right outside the Expo Commemorative Park inside the mall. They try hard to make you feel like you're dining inside a western shop (along with some higher western prices than I'd like to admit).
My friends and I grabbed dinner here after an event and they had a pretty large selection of American burgers and fries. They surprisingly had a vegan option that was labeled on the menu, including its own green burger patty.
I went with the vegan burger and was honestly shocked at what I received. What I thought was a green burger patty ended up being half an avocado with black sesame sprinkled on. Sandwiched between the avocado was a grilled eggplant, red onions, and lettuce. I was shocked that my burger ended up really being a salad held together by a stick.

Firstly, the burger sauce was a bit too complicated for my taste. It had too many flavors going on, which made it difficult to truly enjoy the taste of the burger itself. Sometimes, simplicity can be key when it comes to sauces.
Secondly, the meat lacked temperature. It wasn't served hot, which affected the overall dining experience. A warm and juicy burger can make all the difference in terms of taste and satisfaction.
Overall, I left the restaurant feeling a bit let down. The complex burger sauce and lukewarm meat were not what I was expecting. I hope the restaurant takes these points into consideration to improve the quality of...
Read moreGigantic burger restaurant. I think it’s a popular place since we have to wait for a while before being called into our table. I went here with 2 other friends. We quickly order our food because it’s a bustling lunch time on a weekend. However, it takes a lot of time for our burgers to come. The taste was amazing though, and the portion makes the wait and price worth it. Credit card and QR code payment are acceptable. My only notes is that if you’re in a hurry, you better off looking for...
