If you go to Kochi, you definitely have to check this place out even straight from the airport! (If you can!!) They open 11 am and you gotta line up if you don’t go early, but it is WORTH it😍 Their noodle is very nicely done (sort of firmer than other regular ramen places, but it’s just right), and their broth is AMAZING. Strongly suggest you to order even small rice to eat with ramen. Staff are so nice and polite, and you will enjoy the classic Japanese family vibe there. Please try, you won’t regret:)

An essential restaurant to eat in Susaki! The staff are so welcoming and friendly and take care of you. Definitely a staple for Japanese, the nabeyaki ramen here is great. I recommend getting a larger size (and make sure you drink the broth). Everything from tastes amazing! There’s a bit of a wait so arrive early and put your name down if you can, it’s definitely worth the wait!

On our way from Kochi to Shimanto we stopped by this ramen restaurant in Susaki. There was a bit of a wait after putting our name down, but our patience paid off. Ordering was easy because Nabayaki Ramen was the only thing on the menu, we just had to pick the size: regular or large bowl. The ramen broth was so tasty that I was tempted to lick my bowl dry.
