Jōshū-Tonkotsu Maruhei Ramen - Takasaki — Restaurant in Takasaki

The most impressive part of this ramen store for me is cleanliness. From the floor to everything are all very clean even look in the kitchen which also very clean which is not ordinary when you talked about ramen store.✨

Every staffs are very nice and kind with good service minded as well ☺️

This shop is a bit small and operated by 3 staffs (when I visited) so the food might come a bit slow but it’s okay waiting time.

For the taste, the ramen itself is good tonkotsu base (I saw they use chicken and pork bone) that not too much oily or too salty. It’s quite light tonkotsu ramen so I can finish the whole thing with rice (I recommend you have to order it). Overall ingredients are all good ramen not extraordinary or special (I want to give 4 for ramen).

However, side dishes are a bit normal with the price. I thought they also operate the store as Izakaya as well so they have various of menu but it tastes simple. Gyoza’s wraps a bit dry for me but still in the standard of gyoza.
