450 yen for a coffee is a bit on the pricey side, but given the location it's absolutely fine. 300 yen for a piece of cake, which was also pretty delicious. Not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. The coffee shop, close to a world heritage side offers a piece of cake and a coffee for under 5 eur. Go, get something like this somewhere else in Western Europe near a tourist location! 20 eur it is. The place is cozy, slow music, you can sit outside as well.

参拝の帰りに立ち寄りました。1人で対応してるので、並んで順番を待ちました。飲み物とグッズがありましたが、今回はアイスカフェラテとお土産に珈琲豆・カステラを購入しました。珈琲はその場でひいて提供される様です。美味しかったです。こういった場所では参拝客が相手なのでそこまで美味しくなくても売れると思うのですが、美味しかったです。参拝の際には是非訪れたいスポットになりました。持って帰った珈琲も家で挽いて飲みましたが、やっぱり美味しかったです。

熊野本宮大社の敷地内にある建物にあるカフェです。 同じ建物の中の通路の向かいはお土産物屋さんでした。 店内あまり広いスペースではありませんが、椅子と机がセットになっていて恐らく特注（というか合わせて作った）と思われます。 八咫烏があしらわれたマグカップでコーヒーを頂けます。 コーヒーは香りがよいです。 熊野のハチミツを使ったカステラを合わせていただきました。 寒かったのでほっと一息付けました。

We ordered two cafe lattes which came to 1100 yen so quite a lot of money for coffee. Then they put some milk in the microwave and mixed it with what I think was pour over coffee from earlier. I don’t really mind if someone makes a bad coffee but is trying hard, but this seemed just like a really bad way to make coffee. Coffee tasted weak and unpleasant. Nice spot though with the water reflections...
