I had a Damn Fine Coffee and a pretty perfect brownie.
Additional shout-out to this coffee shop for welcoming visitors to Toba—a city that relies on the health of the ocean for both its past and future—by choosing thoughtful, eco-conscious packaging.
I try to travel with reusables, but regularly fail in my efforts, so I really appreciated the well-designed paper cup and lid, and a brownie wrapped in greaseproof paper: Perfect for getting on the train without spills.
For the future, consider offering reusable cups and oshibori for customers in-store, and plastic-free oshibori options for take-out expanding your eco credentials even further!
