マネージャーの対応が最悪ですね。 7人で行き、7人席が用意出来ないので6人席で7人座ってと言われ、週末なのでしょうがないなと着座しましたが、明らかに狭いので補助席をお願いしたら、通路なので置けません。最奥の席なのに誰がこの先の壁を突き抜け、通路として使うのか… 隣の席が空いていたので、そちらを使えないかと打診すると、もう、他の客をお通しするので、無理ですと。 ここまでは理解の範囲ですが、ここからのマネージャーの発言には疑問。 「そもそも、入店時の案内で6人席しか用意できないので、7人で利用してくださいと伝え、理解されましたよね」 確かにその上での入店、着座をしましたが、空席で客も来られてなかったので、お願いをしただけなのにこの発言には驚き、お名前の確認と発言に対し、再確認をしたら、慌てて失言に気付いたのか、離席し、戻ってくるなり、「調整したので、こちらの席をご利用ください」っと。流石にそこまで言われてまで、使いたくないので、肩をすぼめ、盆に乗る7人分の料理をテーブルには乗らないので、盆を返しながら、食事をしました。 その後、その席に通しされた客は2名でゆったりと座り、食事をされてましたが、気配り、心配り...
