We recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizzeria Napoletana, they served one of the best meals we've had in a long time.

The staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of with ease.

Now, let's talk about the food—wow. The star of the evening was undoubtedly their beef dish. It was by far the best thing we've tasted in ages. The meat was perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with flavor, accompanied by a rich, savory sauce that had us savoring every bite. I could tell the ingredients were top-notch and thoughtfully paired to create an unforgettable experience.

As for the pizza, Pizzeria Napoletana truly knows what they’re doing. Each bite was a perfect balance of classic flavors and creative combinations.

We also couldn’t leave without trying dessert, and I'm so glad we didn’t! The selection was delightful!

From the incredible beef dish to the delicious pizza and indulgent desserts, every part of the meal was exceptional. Pizzeria Napoletana is truly a gem, and I cannot recommend it enough. Not worth it. Service is rude, with kind of discrimination on us. Bread and pizza were okay, but the pasta was not really good. And that is why I am giving 2 out of 5. I wonder why the Japanese people love this restaurant. Average 4.2 out of 5 in Japan is too high I think. Personally I DO NOT recommend this restaurant to others.

Replying to the owner’s comment: I don’t really know about the rules in Japan, but I hope the way somebody introduces the rules in a certain culture could be showing the respect to other cultures and the dignity. I have lived in the United States for many years and I grew up there. I do recognize the standard I am using is based on the value of the United States, and I am sorry if I broke any of the rules in Japan. However, I DID feel racism and discrimination today, and that is why I am giving relatively a low score...

If you're ever in Tokorozawa and want some good pizza, head to Pizzeria Napoletana! My wife and I have been going to this restaurant quite frequently over the past 2 years and every time we come here, it's always a pleasant and enjoyable experience! The pizza is always spot on (I'm pretty sure we've tried every pizza on offer over the 2 year period), with top quality ingredients bursting with flavours. We normally go during lunch and get coffee after our meal and heck, even the coffee beans we bought at one point 😂.

The staff are also always on hand and happy to help when needed!

This place is one of our favourite pizza places and we definitely would recommend this place to anyone who's got that craving for Neapolitan...
