Uobei — Restaurant in Tokorozawa

This is said to be one of the better 100 yen sushi restaurants in the area. It was clean and spacious inside. Everything looked newly renovated within the last year or so. There was a long wait when I went during Saturday lunch hours - about a 15 minute wait. You go in and "sign up" for a table with the machine right at the entrance. I don't remember it having English language capability, but I could be wrong.

Menu items themselves were definitely on a higher end of thing as far as the quality was concerned. You place your orders via the tablet (with English language mode) provided for each and every seating. A miniature train on the conveyor belt delivers your food, it'd stop right in front of you so you won't make a mistake with other people's dishes. It's a really entertaining and super efficient system nowadays often implemented at many of these 100 yen sushi...

Customer satisfaction seems to be declining gradually, whenever I visit here, I feel so strongly. What the hell happened on this restaurant?

久しぶりに行きたくなって家族4人で来店。土曜日の17時過ぎでアプリで見たら待ちが0組となっていたので順番待ち予約せずに行ったら15組待ち…結果的に20分程で案内されたけどちょっとモヤッとしながら着席。寿司は回転寿司に比べると小ぶりだか色々食べれていいので自分的にはそれほど減点になるものではないが、あかいか明太軍艦はネタの味がほとんどしなかった。他のネタも正直ネタ本来の味が弱くて残念だった。逆にわさびは小袋で生わさびとうたうだけあって香りもしっかりあって美味しかった。そしてなによりうどんが自分は一押し！関西の出汁の透明なつゆが最高です。正直うどん食べに行ってもいいくらい魚べいのうどんは特に関西育ちにとって嬉しいものです。店も掃除も行き届いていて客の入れ替わりでも丁寧にテーブル拭きあげて醤油のボトルも拭いてたのでそういったところは教育が出来てるんだなと感じました。ただアルバイトの女の子たち、笑顔もなく声掛けもなくてそこは残念でした。まあ、割り切れば不快な思いするようなことはなかったのでそ...
