Le restaurant est excellent, le chef est très souriant, on voit qu’il maitrise son art à la perfection. C’était ma première expérience dans un restaurant à comptoir où le chef cuisine tout en face. Le repas était varié, très traditionnel et le chef a surtout réussi à tirer le meilleur de chaque ingrédient, une parade de goût à défiler sur les papilles pendant toute l’heure du repas. Encore une fois merci beaucoup au chef, c’était délicieux!!!

味について全く文句なく、星5つ！ ですが、なにぶん店主さんによる完全お一人でのお店ですから、提供サービスや予約のみのオペレーションなど、一流店のそれに近づくためには、その周辺の拡充が必要だと思います。 ゲストをお連れしたいお店ですから、食事もお味以外にもご満足いただければと思ったりします。 今後の伸び代に期待して、星を1つ減らしていただきました。 しかしながら、店主様のホスピタリティは素晴らしく、記念日でしたのでそれに合わせたサービスもしていただき、本当に個人的に星5つです！
