This has to be the premier beef restaurant in Tokushima…100%!!! The restaurant itself is amazing - beautiful decor, great music and private booths (a fantastic dining experience) The staff are simply outstanding - very friendly, welcoming and overall excellent. I was very impressed…. The food was the star of our night - absolutely delicious. Ordered different beef sushi, which melted in my mouth. The roast beef was probably the best I’ve ever eaten in Japan….on a different level. Everything we ordered was top notch. I highly recommend coming here for an outstanding meal - you’ll definitely enjoy this fantastic restaurant. I’ll be sure to come back again the next time I’m in Tokushima. Enjoy 😊

クチコミが高評価の肉バルです。 Withコロナ時代にふさわしい完全個室、半個室で、長い廊下から、少しだけ個室の状態がうかがえる作りになっており凄く落ち着けます。 QRコードをスマホで読み取っての注文方法も良いですね。 6000円のコースを頂きましたが、肉寿司、牛カツレツは絶品でした。肉すいの、自分でしゃぶしゃぶする食べ方も初めてだったので楽しかったです。ご飯ものも卵かけご飯と、黒カレーから選択するんですが、どっちも食べたくてめっちゃ！悩みました。(笑) 結局、6人のうち、5人がカレーを選択したんですが、最後のカレー、これが結構、満腹のお腹に合って美味しかったです。スタッフの方も好印象で、私たちののりに答えてくれて、盛り上げてくれて有り難うございました。めっちゃ！楽しかったです。 R5,3月、再来店しました。今回は結婚記念日で、 7000円のコース料理を頂きましたが黒部和牛サーロインのすきしゃぶとフィレのっけ飯は特に絶品でした。お祝いプレートは別料金にはなるんですが、写真撮影をしてくれたりといたせりつくせりの暖かいサービスも相変わらずgoodですね。来店翌日に届く、ショートメールでのお礼にはさらにビックリ！です。感謝の気持ちが伝わります。本当に、100点満点のバルです。

評価が高かったので来てみたが少し期待外れだった様です。お通しの肉が少しボソッとしていたのであれっと思い、思っていたと違うかもと少し身構える事になりました。ローストビーフのサラダを注文したのですがサラダが土臭かったです。ベビーリーフが水にさらされていない様でした。野菜の処理はして欲しいです。ユッケはまずまず美味しいですが写真と比べてボリュームが少ない様に思えました。締めにガーリックライスを頼んだのですが、食べているとどう考えても芯が残った米を調理している様に思えました。店の方針かなと思いましたが、ボソッとした味わいは少し単価が高い店ではあり得ない米の炊き方だと思われます。余りに不具合が続くのでオシャレな店なのでビールが小さいグラスで出てくるのですがそれさえも何か憎たらしい思いになって来るのは何なのでしょうね。最後に壁をみると評価を上げる為に良い投稿をした方へは一品とかワンドリンクとかをサービスをするとの記載がありました。それでこの高評価なのかと理解できました。総じて残念だった今回の飲食から学びを得るとすれば高評価を取るための仕組み作りをどうすれば出来るかと勉強になった事でしょうか。

Quando avevo scelto il locale organizzando il nostro viaggio in Giappone ero rimasto sbalordito dal numero di recensioni positive che caratterizzavano questo posto, ma una volta provato non posso fare altro che ribadire nuovamente questa convinzione generale. Carne di primissima qualità di ogni tipologia, riso ottimo e anche buone verdure di accompagnamento, oltre che un prezzo onesto. Consiglio assolutamente una visita qui se passate per Tokushima perché non ve ne pentirete! PS per i titolari: non c’è bisogno di offrire un premio per chi fa una recensione positiva su Google al ristorante, quando la qualità c’è tutto...
