We came home a bit late from Disney Tokyo and were looking for a place to takeout and eat. We arrived around 20-30 minutes before closing and were trying to decide what to order. The person taking our order was very impatient, which I do understand since they want to get off work. Really nice 油そば with a very light oil. It’s not overly heavy and thick. It has nice balance. I wonder what oil they are using though 🤔 I hope it’s not standard cooking oil.
