This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant. The pizza is overcooked with a strong bitter taste and smell. The salmon spinach cream noodle does not taste like cream and the salmon smells spoiled. We didn’t dare to finish the dish. Apple juice is so light with too much ice cubes (and water?). The waiter didn’t serve us with the forks and spoons until we pointed out. No water until we asked for it. After the meal I feel funny in the stomach. This restaurant used to be good many years ago. Now they are constantly understaffed. This location is in need of an interior design update. It feels old and unloved. They seem to be always trying to cut corners to save money and the last time I went they did not have any Parmesan cheese! What kind of "italian" restaurant does not have parmesan cheese for pasta?! The best thing about this chain Italian restaurant is its ambience. It is spacious and nicely decorated. But the pizza leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered half and half pizza, but it felt as if tomato paste has been spread on it after getting out of the oven! The pasta of the day was better.
