Very popular in Tokyo. Always listed on the top list on Tabelog, Japanese restaurant reviews website. With its high reputation, expect a long line, especially during summer. They have a variety of interesting seasonal flavors as well as the standard flavors. Their signatures are the Oshiruko, red bean paste, and purple sweet potato. All of their syrups and toppings are hand made. The ice is very soft as it just melts in your mouth and you don’t get brain freezes from eating these ices here. We had a reservation because I heard there are long lines but while the store was busy, there was no line on a Tuesday at 3pm. I'm not sure if the staff speak English but judging by the reviews lots of foreigners come...
