Please understand, I speak only a little Japanese. I believe I am the only American this bar has seen in a long time. If you don't speak Japanese, you probably aren't even in Hachioji, nor should you stop in here. The conversation you are looking for isn't in this bar.
But wow, this is an awesome bar! The ambiance is fantastic and has a welcoming bar with friendly staff. The older gentleman and two younger guys who worked there and were talking were having a great time. If I spoke fluent Japanese, I believe I would've had a great time.

If you're just going there for drinks, I suggest going in the evening, lunch time is a waste. Staff was equally boring so there wasn't any...
